Facilitated by Victoria Shumulinsky of InYours, this workshop will give you the opportunity to come together virtually to enhance your intentions and the magic that can be created by celebrating the New Moon and begin your year with clarity and vibrancy. We'll learn about the difference between an intention and goal, and you'll be guided to create some for this month and the upcoming year in a powerful way.

Come ready with your favorite warm drink, comfortable quiet spot, and a journal. We'll be walking through a short meditation, discussion, journal exercises to help set intentions, and practical tips on how to use this New Moon energy for long-lasting effects through the year.
