WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Designed by queer film artist, educator and wizard Jamie Ross and animated in collaboration with Aurora Prelević.
Using listening and sensory perception as a method, explore the contamination and regenerative power of the earth on a journey through the urban forest that grows back behind the artist-run center, guided by artist Jamie Ross. Participants will be asked to think critically about the binary categories sometimes used to understand urban flora: toxic / medicinal, magical / mundane, invasive / indigenous.
