Mad Love Underground and the Western Mutual Aid Peer Support Network (Western MAPS) are excited to present Session Two of our introductory study session on peer support facilitation principles, skills, and practices. We will continue where we left off in Session I.

If you missed Session I, feel free to join us anyway. We encourage all participants to do the readings beforehand – most importantly, the “holding successful gatherings” and “listening spaces” facilitation sections of the Icarus Project’s 2013 zine Friends Make the Best Medicine on pages 7-11 and 18-20.

These readings are linked in the study series agenda, and they are accompanied by study questions: https://docs.google.com/.../1J5pZf5B8JSlogioOipNQ.../edit...

Bring your empathy, cultural humility, active listening skills, calendar, desire to learn, and commitment to co-creating resilient community.
