Dr. William Weiler is a pediatrician in Saskatchewan and an assistant professor at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Medicine. Dr. Weiler provides child maltreatment assessment services at the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital in Saskatoon. His presentation will focus on child maltreatment in Canada and Saskatchewan. In addition, Dr. Weiler will present information about the Saskatchewan Child Abuse Protocol, focusing on the duty to report suspected abuse.
